What they need
- Responsible in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and administering pre-employment examination of applicants.
- Coordinates with third party manpower service provider for hiring needs and communicates necessary arrangement for the deployment of candidates.
- Updates hiring requirements by means of job posting through other networks.
- Updates manpower headcount and other similar reports.
- Attends to job fair activities as may necessary.
- Conducts orientation for newly hired members.
- Updates 201 and training records of employees from time to time.
- Facilitates clearance of exiting employees and ensures that all accountabilities are surrendered.
- Checks billing of contractors and coordinate for any erroneous data.
- Prepares report such as attendance, overtime, leave, and absences report.
