HR Staffing Coordinator

Join our dynamic Human Resources team as an HR Staffing Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent across various departments. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for high-volume and technical roles.
• Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Lever, or Workday to track applicant flow and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and campus recruitment initiatives to attract diverse candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
• Negotiate offers with candidates while maintaining compliance with employment & labor laws and HR legal standards.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent acquisition support.
• Lead employer branding efforts through social media platforms and other channels to enhance our talent pipeline and employer reputation.

Skills

• Proven expertise in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, technical recruiting, and high-volume recruitment environments.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities to engage candidates effectively.
• Experience with HR sourcing techniques, candidate sourcing tools, and talent management software such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations.
• Proficiency in HR systems like Kronos or PeopleSoft for workforce management purposes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while demonstrating relationship management skills across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with social media marketing (recruitment), lead generation strategies, and research methods to identify top talent sources.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
