- Wage & Payroll Compliance – Ensure minimum wages, VDA, timely salary, statutory deductions, and overtime compliance.
- Social Security & Insurance – Manage EPF, ESI, Bonus, and Gratuity contributions and payments on time.
- Licenses & Labour Compliance – Maintain PSARA, Contract Labour License, and Labour Welfare Fund compliance,PT
- Working Hours & Leave – Ensure proper working hours, weekly offs, leave benefits, appointment letters, and employee records.
- Statutory Registers & Returns – Maintain wage, attendance, overtime, employee registers, and file EPF/ESI returns on time.
