1.招聘计划与执行：根据公司业务发展和门店用人需求，制定招聘计划，落实招聘任务，确保人员供应满足公司和门店发展目标；

2.招聘流程管理：完善公司招聘流程和制度，包括岗位分析、简历筛选、面试安排、背景调查及录用通知等环节，确保招聘流程高效、规范 ；

3.招聘渠道拓展与维护：开发和管理多样化招聘渠道，包括线上招聘平台、校园招聘、猎头资源及行业人才库，保证人才信息量大、层次丰富、质量高；

4.人才储备与分析：建立和维护人才库，跟踪评估用人情况，分析招聘数据，优化流程的建议，完成招聘分析报告 ；

5.员工关系与入职管理：跟进门店人员入离调转手续办理、花名册信息维护、员工档案整理存档；

6.社保公积金管理：新开门店社保公积金/HRDF/PCB账户开通及费用缴纳；

7.领导交办的其他工作

1. Recruitment Process Management: Improve and refine the company's recruitment processes and policies, including job analysis, resume screening, interview coordination, background checks, and offer letter issuance, ensuring an efficient and standardized recruitment workflow.
2. Recruitment Channel Development & Maintenance: Develop and manage diversified recruitment channels, including online job platforms, campus recruitment, headhunting resources, and industry talent pools, to ensure a sufficient, diverse, and high-quality talent pipeline.
3. Talent Pool & Data Analysis: Establish and maintain a talent database, track and evaluate hiring performance, analyze recruitment metrics, provide recommendations for process optimization, and complete recruitment analysis reports.
4. Employee Relations & Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding, transfer, resignation, and internal movement processes for store staff; maintain employee records in the HR system and ensure proper filing of personnel documents.
5. Statutory Contributions Management: Handle the setup and monthly contribution of statutory accounts for new stores (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and PCB) and ensure timely and accurate payment.
6. Other Ad-hoc Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by leadership as required.
