We are expanding our local team and looking for experienced HR professionals to drive people strategy and organizational excellence at our Senegal office.

💼 Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, from workforce planning to onboarding
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, and compliance
• Drive performance management and learning & development programs
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals
• Ensure full compliance with Senegal labor laws and internal policies

What We're Looking For:

HR Manager

Education

Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

3+ years in HR

5+ years in HR, with supervisory experience

Language

Fluent in French (English is a plus)

Core Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Senegal labor laws and HR best practices
• Proven ability in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Must be currently based in Senegal and authorized to work
