About the role
This role is responsible for maintaining smooth day-to-day HR operations, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive work environment within the manufacturing and sales context.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise payroll processing, handle timekeeping, and manage employee benefits like healthcare and leave programs
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, handle conflict resolution, and conduct investigations into misconduct or grievances
- Ensure all policies and procedures align with Philippine labor laws and maintain accurate personnel records/HRIS data
- Work with managers to implement performance appraisals, feedback cycles, and disciplinary actions
About you
- Graduate of Human Resource Development, Psychology, or a related field
- Usually requires several years of experience (up to 5 years for senior or managerial levels) in a generalist capacity
