What they need
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management,
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in Human Resources.
- Thorough knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and other employment laws.
- Experience in handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and labor-related concerns.
- Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS is an advantage.
- Capable of preparing HR reports, policies, notices, memoranda, and other HR-related documents.
- Able to interpret and implement company policies and procedures consistently.
- Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling DOLE inspections, labor compliance, and government audits is an advantage.
- Willing to work onsite and render overtime when necessary.
- Preferably residing in or near Paliparan II Dasma Cavite
