What they need
- Manage monthly payroll processing, including commissions, incentives, foreign worker payroll, and final salary.
- Handle statutory payments and submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, CP22, and CP22A.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime (OT), and allowances.
- Prepare payroll reports, bank payment listings, and payroll cost reports.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, exit interviews, Employee ID creation, and Employment Pass matters.
- Support recruitment activities and other HR administrative functions.
