HR Supervisor

About the role

The HR Supervisor oversees the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring effective implementation of company policies, proper employee records, timely payroll and benefits processing, and compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also supervises HR staff and provides support to employees and branch management regarding HR concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure timely filling of manpower requirements
• Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assist in applicant screening
• Handle employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues professionally
• Assist in investigating employee violations and preparing HR documents such as Notices to Explain, memoranda, and disciplinary notices
• Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, absences, undertime, and overtime
• Review and validate timekeeping records before payroll processing
• Assist in payroll preparation and validation
• Maintain accurate and updated employee 201 files and HR records
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable labor laws and DOLE requirements
• Supervise and guide HR Assistants and other HR personnel

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior HR role
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll, benefits, and labor compliance
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR systems
• Willing to work with multiple branches and coordinate with different departments
