What they need
- Assist the HRMDD Head and AVP-HR in ensuring that overall departmental functions is being carried out at all times including but not limited to manpower planning & inventory, recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, personnel relations, policy formulation and administration, preparation of job descriptions and job evaluation and establishment of performance standards and other significant HR practices.
- Provide close supervision and direct oversight in Timekeeping Management, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Recruitment & Separation
- Ensure proper administration of performance evaluation by providing guidance to the entire organization
- Conduct random lifestyle check of employees especially for key officers
- Work with HRMDD Head and AVP-HR in Succession Planning
