- จัดทำและสื่อสารระเบียบบุคคล
- ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบ
- กำหนดระเบียบปฏิบัติงานบุคคล
- ดูแลการจัดการกำลังคนของบริษัท
- ดูแลการสรรหาพนักงานเข้าทำงาน
- ดูแลการอบรมพัฒนาให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย
- ดูแลงานค่าจ้างค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ
- ดูแลการปฏิบัติตามวินัยและการลงโทษ
- ดูและการประเมินผลงานของพนักงาน
- ดูแลการสื่อสารพนักงานภายในองค์กร
- ดูแลความปลอดภัยและสภาพการทำงาน
- ดูและและจัดทำแผนกิจกรรมการมีส่วนร่วม เช่น กิจกรรม CSR หรือ กิจกรรมสร้างขวัญกำลังใจ
- ดูแลการแต่งตั้งเลื่อนตำแหน่ง การบรรจุและการโอนย้ายพนักงานภายในบริษัท
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
