HR Supervisor

About the role

HR Supervisor role based in San Pedro Laguna, responsible for overseeing human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment and employee relations
• Compensation and benefits administration
• Payroll management
• Performance management
• Handle employee concerns and disciplinary cases professionally
• Manage multiple tasks under pressure

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with supervisory or leadership experience
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE regulations)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle employee concerns and disciplinary cases professionally
• Experience in manpower, retail, or staffing industry is an advantage
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
