HR Supervisor

KaptureCast Ventures, Inc. is looking for an HR Supervisor who can wear multiple hats in a fast-moving media and content production environment. You will support day-to-day HR operations, help build people processes from the ground up, and contribute to a workplace culture that's collaborative and performance-driven.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, coordination, and onboarding

• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and 201 files

• Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration

• Support compliance with DOLE regulations and labor standards

• Coordinate performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives

• Respond to HR-related queries from employees and management

• Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or its equivalent

• At least 5 years of experience in an HR role

• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance requirements

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with an HRIS is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfortable working in a start up or fast-paced creative environment

• Must be willing to work in ELJ Building, ABS-CBN office in QC

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
