Qualifications

• Any Graduates
• Relevant Experience: 5+ Years

Must Have Skills

• HR Operations (end-to-end lifecycle) in India
• Knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR best practices
• HR documentation
• HRMS handling
• Payroll coordination
• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good Have Skills

• Experience working with global HR teams
• Exposure to HR reporting, analytics, and process optimization
• Vendor coordination experience

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for India, including onboarding to exit processes.
• Generate offer letters, update HRMS, and prepare exit documentation.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring confidentiality.
• Handle employee relations including grievances, disciplinary actions, performance issues, and terminations.
• Partner with business leaders and collaborate closely with the Regional HR Business Partner.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely payroll input submission.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with admin and internal teams.
• Initiate and monitor background verification checks through vendor portals and report findings to HRBP.
