HR Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate recruitment activities, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new employees
• Administer employee records, payroll documentation, and personnel files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures across all departments
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with fairness and professionalism
• Assist with training and development initiatives, including the coordination of orientation programmes and skills development workshops
• Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave applications, and timekeeping systems
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, including the Labour Code and other applicable regulations
• Support performance management processes, including the preparation of appraisal documentation and feedback sessions
• Liaise between management and employees to address workplace concerns and foster a positive organisational culture
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion
