Your Role: HR SUPERVISOR

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or any related 4-year course
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year of Supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and ability to apply it in different situations
• Ability to enforce disciplinary action when needed

Job Description:

• Lead multiple functions of HR and drive HR Performance and KPIs
• Managing employee issues and collaborating with management on HR matters
• Manage recruitment and selection process
• Developing, recommending & implementing personnel policies and procedures
• Strategic alignment with teams to support business goals
