HR Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

● Oversee overall HR management in Vietnam, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

● Develop and optimize HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulations.

● Support Headquarter HR in managing compensation & benefits (C&B) systems and employee development plans.

● Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.

● Support store expansion activities and manpower/workforce planning.

● Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and practices.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of HR functions ( recruitment, C&B, training, performance management, employee relations,...) experience.

● Prior leadership experience is not required.

● Preferably within the retail or chain store industry.

● Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations.

● Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Good communication English , Chinese (Mandarin)-speaking is preferred.
