HR Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for overseeing overall HR & General Affairs operations, including manpower planning, recruitment, payroll control, employee welfare, training, employee relations, and general administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and relevant regulations. Coordinate training programs for applicable tax incentives, support Quality System and AS9100 requirements, and drive continuous improvement of HR & GA processes to support business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall HR operations including recruitment, payroll, attendance, welfare, employee relations and general affairs operations.
• Oversee and control the payroll process to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely completion.
• Plan and manage manpower and recruitment activities.
• Coordinate Training & Development and maintain the Training Matrix.
• Prepare and submit training programs to obtain applicable tax incentives / tax deductions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support Quality System and AS9100 requirements and audits.
• Prepare HR reports and continuously improve HR processes.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of labor law, payroll control and HR operations.
• Experience in preparing and submitting training programs for tax incentives / tax deductions is required.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in AS9100, ISO or Aerospace is an advantage.
• Good command of English.
