What they need
Pag-asa Steel seeks a HR Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising the implementation of HR policies, plans, programs and HR-related services.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience
- At least five (5) years' experience in human resources function as a generalist and specialist, two (2) years of which were in a supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the various HR functions including staffing and recruitment process, performance management, training and development process, succession planning, employee and labor relations
- Strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and email software mandatory; HRIS a plus
- Willing to be assigned to on-site at Manggahan and/or Pinagbuhatan in Pasig
