HR Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily Human Resources activities, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, training, attendance, payroll administration, and employee welfare in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR operations and ensure all HR processes are properly implemented.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, interview, and onboarding processes.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and personnel records.
• Assist in payroll preparation, BPJS administration, and employee benefits.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and staff concerns.
• Coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance appraisals.
• Ensure employment contracts, HR documents, and personnel files are properly maintained.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, hotel SOPs, and applicable labor regulations.
• Prepare monthly HR reports, manpower reports, attendance recaps, and other HR-related reports.
• Support employee engagement activities, staff welfare programs, and internal communications.

About you

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Good knowledge of HR administration, labor regulations, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
