HR Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily HR operations and administrative functions
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and company regulations
• Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies
• Oversee employee attendance, leave administration, performance evaluations, and personnel records
• Coordinate employee training, development, and engagement programs
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and other management reports as required
• Support payroll processing by ensuring the accuracy of attendance and employee records
• Provide guidance and coaching to HR staff and department heads on HR-related matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
• With at least 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities

Working Conditions

• Willing to work on-site from Monday to Saturday and holidays, when necessary
• May be required to attend meetings and company activities
