HR SUPERVISOR

• Supervise daily HR operations and ensure efficient delivery of HR services.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Implement company policies and disciplinary procedures.
• Handle employee concerns and promote positive workplace relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and recommend improvements to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
