What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration
- At least 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
- Proven experience in policy development, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Salary 25,000-30,000
