HR Supervisor

• Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

• Evaluates the effectiveness of the organization’s training programs and recommends areas of improvement.

• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

• Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

• Ensures adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

• Prepares and improves HR systems for continuous organizational growth

• Organizes workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

• Conducts new hire employee orientations, apprises employees of benefit options, and accurately completes requisite paperwork for new staff members

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required.

• A Master’s degree in Human Resources and related fields is preferred but not required

• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases

• Must have intermediate computer skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics, general word processing, etc.
