We are looking for a strategic, proactive, and people-oriented HR Supervisor to oversee our human resources operations and recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR compliance, and the smooth implementation of company policies and procedures.

As an HR Supervisor, you will work closely with management and department heads to address workforce needs, strengthen HR processes, and help build a productive and engaged organization.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure efficient delivery of HR services.
• Lead and supervise recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
• Supervise and support HR staff in achieving recruitment and HR objectives.
• Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee concerns and support employee relations initiatives.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and HR procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
• Recommend improvements to HR processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.

What You Need

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience:

• Preferably with at least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, with significant exposure to recruitment and general HR functions.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
• Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment and employee relations is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong skills in HR documentation, reporting, and record management.

Leadership & Work Style:

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive.
• Capable of working under pressure and managing urgent deadlines without compromising quality.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and work effectively with different departments.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in dealing with employees, applicants, department heads, and management.

Location:
Must be available to work in Mandaue City, Cebu.

Schedule:
Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
