What they need
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in psychology, human resources or related.
- Preferably 3 years of experience in all facets of HR (recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc.)
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
