What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably with supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR policies and practices.
- Experience in employee relations, recruitment, attendance monitoring, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Knowledge of compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong ability to handle employee concerns, conflicts, and confidential information professionally.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple HR activities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems/software.
- Ability to prepare HR reports, policies, memos, and employee documentation.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willing to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment and handle HR concerns on-site.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness.
