HR Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations across branches and head office.
• Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding of employees.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, and HR records.
• Assist in performance evaluation, salary grading, and employee development programs.
• Handle employee concerns, disciplinary cases, and workplace issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.
• Coordinate with branch managers and department heads regarding manpower requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, employee statistics, and management updates.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Recommend improvements to HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Supervise and guide HR staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Support the implementation of company-wide HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, labor standards, payroll coordination, and HR policies.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and HR systems.
• Willing to work with multiple branches and coordinate with branch personnel.
