HR supervisor

About the role

As HRGA Supervisor , you will be a key person in managing all aspects of human resources and general administration (HR & GA), creating a productive, healthy, and values-driven work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR systems (SOP, KPI, performance appraisal, organisational structure, etc.)
• Conduct recruitment processes, training, and continuous employee development
• Handle HR administration including payroll, attendance, BPJS, and employment contracts
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies
• Manage General Affairs activities: security, cleanliness, facilities, and work environment
• Support the creation of a positive, disciplined, and results-oriented work culture
• Serve as a strategic partner to management in long-term organisational development

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position
• Understanding of labour law, modern HR systems, and performance management
• Able to create SOP, KPI, and HR reports in a structured manner
• Strong leadership, communicative, firm, and high integrity
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is an advantage
