HR SUPERVISOR

About the role

The HR Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the effective administration and implementation of the hotel's Human Resources policies, programs, and procedures. The position supervises day-to-day HR operations, supports employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, attendance and personnel administration, performance management, training, and employee engagement. The HR Supervisor ensures that HR services are delivered efficiently, confidentially, and in accordance with company policies, applicable labor laws, and organizational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities and workflow of the Human Resources Department
• Ensure proper maintenance, updating, and confidentiality of employee records and personnel files
• Monitor HR documentation, including employment contracts, personnel actions, memoranda, notices, and other HR forms
• Ensure timely processing of employee movements such as hiring, promotion, transfer, regularization, resignation, and separation
• Coordinate recruitment activities based on approved Personnel Requisition Forms and source, screen, interview, and evaluate applicants for vacant positions
• Facilitate new employee orientation, company induction, and coordinate deployment of newly hired employees
• Address employee concerns, inquiries, and workplace issues fairly and professionally
• Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, undertime, absences, and leave applications
• Assist in administering employee performance evaluation and appraisal programs
• Supervise and guide HR staff in the performance of their duties
