HR Supervisor

• Oversee the overall HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee welfare.
• Ensure manpower requirements are filled within the agreed turnaround time through effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess applicants, perform background checks, and facilitate job offers and onboarding requirements.
• Administer employee benefits, leave records, regularization, government benefits, and HMO coverage.
• Ensure employee records, job descriptions, organizational charts, and HR reports are accurate and updated.
• Facilitate employee orientation, training programs, performance appraisals, and employee development activities.
• Handle employee concerns, disciplinary matters, company activities, and issuance of HR-related memos.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, BIR, and other applicable labor and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Department Heads, Legal, Compliance, and other departments regarding HR and employee-related concerns.
• Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience Level: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably in Human Resources.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. Proficient in MS Office.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, personable, service-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to deal effectively with employees at all levels.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and effectively supervise HR team members.
