HR Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as HR Supervisor.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and employee relations.
• Prior background in real estate, property management, media, or similar industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilies:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records and manage daily database updates.
• Policy Development: Draft, update, and implement comprehensive company policies.
• Legal Compliance: Monitor local labor regulations to minimize legal risks.
• Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries.
• Conflict Resolution: Resolve workplace grievances and facilitate constructive discussions.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate seamless new hire setups and exit processes.
• Handbook Maintenance: Keep the Employee Handbook accurate and updated regularly.
• Performance Support: Assist managers with performance plans and disciplinary documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
