HR Supervisor

• Supervise the HR Department staff
• Plan, direct and organize HR staff's tasks to ensure that expected deliverables are completed on time
• Assist the staff in resolving issues and concerns
• Oversee payroll and timekeeping procedures
• Manage and handle employee benefits (e.g. Insurance, HMO)
• Conduct orientation on newly hired
• Perform other tasks assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder of BS Psychology, BS HRMD or BS HRM
• Must have relevant work experience for at least (3-5) years.
• Has experience in handling a team (specifically for 3 years)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
