HR Supervisor

About the role

Manage and oversee all HR functions in alignment with company policies. This role encompasses recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding processes, as well as compensation, benefits, and employee relations management. You will plan and implement HR initiatives for staff development, provide guidance and support to employees, liaise with management and other departments, communicate company policies, promote organizational culture, and prepare HR documents, reports, and data as assigned.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all HR functions in accordance with company policies
• Recruit, select, and manage employee hiring processes
• Manage compensation, benefits, and employee relations
• Plan and implement HR activities for staff development
• Provide guidance and support to employees and coordinate with management and other departments
• Communicate company policies and promote organizational culture
• Prepare HR documents, reports, and data as assigned

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field
• Leadership skills and at least 3 years of HR experience
• Knowledge and experience in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits management, and employee relations
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
