About the Role

Drive organizational success as our HR Supervisor. You will lead day-to-day HR operations, champion employee relations, and optimize performance management. Serving as a strategic partner to our business units, you will bridge the gap between staff and management while ensuring absolute compliance with labor standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge management and employee relations by proactively addressing grievances, labor issues, and disciplinary actions.
• Drive high performance by managing the appraisal system, supporting HR initiatives, and guiding performance improvement plans.
• Ensure 100% legal compliance by reviewing working conditions and maintaining accurate employee records according to labor laws.
• Supervise HR staff, provide policy counseling to business partners, and manage seamless onboarding and asset deployment for new hires.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of solid HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and performance tracking. Prior supervisory experience is a major advantage.
• Core Competencies: Strong command of Philippine Labor Laws, exceptional conflict-resolution skills, accurate record-keeping habits, and the confidence to advise business leaders.
