Esnad Real Estate Valuation provides professional real estate advisory services. We are growing our team and looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to support our people and help build a strong, compliant, and engaged workplace.

The Role

As our HR Supervisor , you will manage the full range of HR operations, from hiring to employee relations. You will be the main point of contact for HR matters, and you will make sure our practices follow Saudi Labor Law and support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: workforce planning, job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, address concerns, and help maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and end-of-service calculations.
• Manage government platforms and compliance, including GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem.
• Monitor and support Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
• Coordinate the performance management cycle and support training and development plans.
• Develop, update, and apply HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi Labor Law.
• Maintain and update all employee data, records, and HR transactions in the company's ERP system, and generate HR reports from it.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Requirements

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience across HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR government platforms.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with ERP or HRIS systems.
• A professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, aPHRi) is a plus.
