Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations across multiple shifts
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Manage attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems
- Prepare and maintain shift rosters
- Supervise and handle labor/workforce management on-site
- Support recruitment, Onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Handle employee queries and maintain proper documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing/logistics)
- Hands-on experience in payroll, attendance & leave management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
