Position Summary

The Rigging Company is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee day-to-day human resources operations and support our workforce across office, workshop, and project sites. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and knowledgeable in HR policies, employee relations, and labor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily HR activities and administrative functions.
• Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Monitor attendance, leave, timekeeping, and other personnel-related matters.
• Handle employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues in accordance with company policies.
• Assist management with performance evaluations, employee development, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate payroll-related information and work closely with Finance/Accounting.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
• Support employee engagement, welfare, and company activities.
• Prepare HR reports and provide management with relevant workforce information.
• Promote a professional, respectful, and safety-conscious workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in construction, heavy equipment, industrial, engineering, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and labor regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
