HR Supervisor

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Additional HR training, certification, or professional development is an advantage.
• At least 3-5 years of supervisory or team-lead experience in Human Resource.
• Experience in an educational institution, corporate organization, or similarly structured workplace is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Philippine labor organization.
• Ability to prepare accurate HR reports and maintain organized personnal records.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, accountability and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be willing to work in MOA, Pasay City.
