HR Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our HR team at Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation. This is a full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As HR Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing all HR operations and ensuring a positive employee experience.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide HR solutions
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity
• Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and benefits administration
• Provide HR advice and support to employees on a wide range of HR-related matters

What we're looking for

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry
• With at least 3 years supervisory experience
• Knowledgeable of Philippine Labor laws and HR best practices
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
