HR Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With at least 2–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experienced in handling, supervising, and monitoring HR staff and overseeing daily HR operations.
• Knowledgeable in all facets of HR, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Strong background in Payroll, Compensation and Benefits (C&B), including payroll computation, timekeeping, attendance monitoring, government-mandated contributions, statutory deductions, and employee benefits administration.
• Familiar with labor laws, DOLE regulations, and other applicable employment standards.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Possesses a confident personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage staff and handle workplace concerns professionally.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and HRIS or payroll systems.
• Willing to work on-site and start as soon as possible.

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
