HR Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manages the processing of employees attendance based on Daily time records, salaries are based on the company's salary table.
• Manages the Store/Logistics Operations Department’s Master list together with Store/Logistics HR Staff and ensures its integrity and availability when need.
• Conducts the Onboarding of New Hire Employees on in-house branch policies using handouts and PowerPoint presentations to ensure consistency in the content.
• Performs other HR-related activities as may be deemed necessary and/or directed by immediate, Superior or the Management.
• Prepares NTEs, ensures that counseling sessions are conducted and documented, and disciplinary action letters are given and received by erring employees. Ensures that disciplinary actions meted out to erring employees are based on the company's Personnel Policy manual; coordinates with Corporate HR as necessary.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or any related course.
• With at least 3 years experience and exposure in handling HR operations in a generalist role.
• Excellent leadership skills
