HR Supervisor - Korangi

We are Hiring HR Supervisor
Location: Korangi,

Experience: 1–3 Years
Education: Minimum Graduate
Salary: Rs. 60,000
Shift: 3 Rotational Shifts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle employee grievances, complaints, and workplace issues.•
• Manage Health amp; Life Insurance, including enrollment, claims, and records.
• Manage EOBI amp; SESSI registrations, contributions, challans, and records

.• Coordinate with EOBI, SESSI, Labour Department, and relevant authorities
.• Maintain employee files, master data, attendance, leave, payroll, and statutory records
.• Prepare and submit HR, ER/IR, payroll, insurance, EOBI, and SESSI reports on time.

• Support management in employee relations and labour-related matters.
• Ensure confidentiality, accurate documentation, and proper filing of HR records

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
