HR - SUPERVISOR (Male/Female)

We are actively looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team in Karachi.

Location: Korangi, Karachi

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Salary: PKR 60,000 / month

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Recruitment & Selection: End-to-end recruitment and hiring process management.

Statutory Compliance: How-know & formulation regarding SESSI / EOBI regulations and documentation.

Government Liaison: Experience dealing directly with Government Departments and regulatory bodies.

Employee & Industrial Relations: Managing labor handling, grievance resolution, and sound knowledge of Labour Laws.

HR Systems & Tools:

Hands-on experience with TimeTrax or other HR portals and proficiency in MS Excel.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 per month
