📌 Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in an HR Team Lead or HR Supervisory role.
• Experience working in a BPO environment.
• Knowledge and experience in handling DOLE cases, employee relations, labor disputes, and other labor-related matters.
• Good understanding of Philippine labor laws, government regulations, and HR policies.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Antipolo City and occasionally report to Pasig City.

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, final interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
• Supervise, guide, and support junior HR staff by setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
• Handle employee relations concerns, workplace conflicts, grievances, disciplinary actions, and DOLE-related cases.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, company policies, and government requirements.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Monitor employee performance and productivity, track HR metrics, and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and improving HR policies, procedures, and programs.
