HR Supervisor - Plans and Program

About the role

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Plans and Programs Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and evaluation of HR plans and programs that support our organisational objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Designing, implementing and monitoring HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the company's business goals
• Developing and administering employee engagement, retention and development initiatives
• Coordinating and facilitating training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of our workforce
• Analysing HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure HR programs align with broader organisational priorities
• Staying up-to-date with HR best practices, employment law and industry trends
• Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR supervisory or managerial role
• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR plans and programs
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation and best practices
• Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
