人力资源管理_现场 (HR Supervisor - Site)

• Manage site HR operations, including employee administration, attendance, leave, overtime, roster, and HR database.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for site manpower needs and coordinate with hiring managers and HQ.
• Support employee & industrial relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, company policies, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate training, performance management, talent development, and other HR initiatives.
• Support HR audits and coordinate HR activities between the site and Jakarta HQ.

Qualifications:

• Indonesian citizen with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–4 years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience; mining or mining contractor experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and mining HSE regulations.
• Experienced in HRIS, Microsoft Excel, employee databases, recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Indonesian & English; Mandarin is a plus.
• BNSP HR Supervisor certification or equivalent is a plus.
