HR Supervisor (START ASAP)

About the role

The HR Supervisor oversees daily HR operations, ensuring effective implementation of company policies, accurate employee records, timely payroll processing, and compliance with Philippine labor laws and government requirements. The position also supervises HR staff and provides support to management on employee relations and HR matters.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR activities and ensure timely completion of HR tasks
• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and 201 files
• Supervise and review payroll preparation and processing
• Ensure accurate computation of salaries, overtime, holiday pay, leave pay, deductions, and other compensation
• Maintain strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, labor standards, and employment regulations
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable laws and government requirements
• Coordinate recruitment activities, applicant screening, interviews, and hiring requirements
• Address employee concerns and provide appropriate HR guidance
• Assign and monitor tasks of HR staff

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with supervisory experience
• CAN START ASAP
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, compensation, and statutory deductions
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, labor standards, and employment regulations
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary cases, and offboarding
• Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government requirements
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality, accuracy, integrity, and professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR/payroll systems
