HR Supervisor (Telecom)

About the role

This role involves managing end-to-end employee lifecycles including onboarding, internal movements, offboarding, and records management. You will coordinate high-volume staffing, shift scheduling support, and deployment for operational demands, including rotating or night shifts. You will handle employee grievances, drive engagement programs, and ensure strict compliance with local labor regulations such as Philippine labor laws. You will coach, lead, and evaluate the performance of HR or People Services associates, track workforce metrics, prepare operational status reports, and deliver data-driven recommendations for retention and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycles including onboarding, internal movements, offboarding, and records management
• Coordinate high-volume staffing, shift scheduling support, and deployment for operational demands, including rotating or night shifts
• Handle employee grievances and drive engagement programs
• Ensure strict compliance with local labor regulations such as Philippine labor laws
• Coach, lead, and evaluate the performance of HR or People Services associates
• Track workforce metrics and prepare operational status reports
• Deliver data-driven recommendations for retention and efficiency

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 to 5 years of generalist or supervisory HR experience, preferably within a BPO, tech, or telecommunications setup
• Solid understanding of local employment standards, statutory benefits, and employee relations
• Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for analytics
