As an HR Supervisor – Training and Development at ACOM, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs within an organization.

Your key responsibilities:

• Identifies and analyze training needs across the organization by consulting with department heads, reviewing performance data, and gathering employee feedback.
• Designs, develops, and implements training programs and materials tailored to meet the identified needs.
• Facilitates training sessions, workshops, and seminars in various platform online or in person.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder, any course.
• At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience or related roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and design effective programs.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Certifications related to training are a plus.
• Willing to report to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
